Tos can be altered at any time.Failure to follow TOS can result in refusal to do future commissions, as well as a ban from my server.Please read this carefully and all the way through.I only work with adults.PAYMENT
I only use paypal. Do not add any note that implies this is a commission, Paypal hates artists.
I take 100% money upfront. This money isn't going to be used before the commission is done.
Larger payments, or needed payment plans may apply to specific cases, Talk with me about it if necessary.I am willing to edit the commission as I go, but if it gets to a point you are asking me to go back and forth between different things I may charge more. This is for excessive requests to alter major things within the artwork that were already approved.REFUNDS
If the art is completely done I will not give a refund for any reason.
If something goes wrong in my life that requires me to stop working completely, I will work with the customer to figure out the best option.
Refunds will be based on how far i've gotten and the reason of needing a refund.If you disappear mid drawing, I have the right to reuse the unpaid for work for whatever purpose.People I will NOT work with.
I have the right to decline a commision for any reason.I will not work with people who are Homophobic/Transphobic/Racist/Ableist or people who support Trump/ICE.I will not work with "BabyFurs" or "DiaperFurs"
I will not work with Pedophiles/ZoophilesI will not work with people who Rip avatars, spread files, or use stolen files from innocent creators. We work hard, people who do that actively harm us and our income. (For people unaware, this is for vrchat players specifically)I will not work with people who use Ai. Do NOT feed my work into an Ai generator, if you do I will not work with you again.
This includes: ChatGBT,Grok,C.Ai,Chai, ANYTHING GENERATIVE AI.Wait times
I do not currently have a estimation on how long a commission will take. Sometimes I work faster, other times im a bit slower.
Please understand that I do these based on motivation as to not burn myself out. I will keep you updated as I work.Sometimes life gets in the way, I can pause the commission at any time if necessary for any reason.I am in EST, and any updates may appear in the middle of the night. You do not need to answer these right away, But it's a warning that I stay up late for my timezone.I want your commision to come out as close as possible to the idea in your head, so normally if I ask for approval on something I will not move on until you are happy with it and have confirmed it is ok.The process
A general idea of how the commission will go.Please come to me knowing what you want, I am willing to general artistic liberty on poses and such, but having a clear vision greatly helps me know what I am doing.
Provide a reference sheet, the pose (if you have one) and any other notes you want specifically done for your artwork.
I will clarify things if I don't understand.
I will tell you when I am ready to start, and send you my paypal link. After payment I will start as soon as I can.
I will send you updates as I go along, and sometimes I will pause until you give me the thumbs up on something.
